New Year, New Heights!

It’s 2019, meaning it’s a new year with new heights to reach! The start of the New Year is always a time of increased vigor and enthusiasm. We at Your Project Board have high hopes of what is in store for our future. We took the time to build out our 2019 Strategic Plan at the end of 2018 by establishing new goals and laying the groundwork for new endeavors, and we hope all of you did the same.

Of course with creating our plan, we knew that it would include building out our team as well because it would allow us to scale smarter. Time is one of your greatest assets and you achieve more as a business owner while decreasing your stress and workloads when you’ve employed the right individuals to help you.

Have you considered how you could achieve your entrepreneurial goals while minimizing the strain and stress that most entrepreneurs have to go through time-after-time? Have you considered adding human capital to the framework of your business?

Maybe a virtual assistant (or VA for short) could help you leverage your time and energy to focus more on growing your business. A VA is usually a contract worker who offers specific skills remotely.  If you can put yourself in the position to create more time in your day, you enhance your opportunities for creating more value to your clients and customers, building strategic relationships, and developing more revenue streams.

What you pay for in a great VA should be viewed as an investment, not a cost. If you invest in a professional that will free you up to create a more profitable business while your administrative functions are handled, that’s a win-win scenario.

Think about how you can add a virtual assistant to your team in 2019 to help you scale smarter. Not sure if you’re ready to hire a VA? Take our survey.

Until next time!
